Chicken Parmesan Salad Recipe
Preparation
Ingredients
1 chicken steak
1 sheet of MAGGI Succulent in the Pan
1 carrot
1/2 cucumber
1 small can drained chickpeas
grated parmesan cheese to taste
2 c. of olive soup
juice of 1/2 orange
3 c. of olive oil soup
refined salt q.s.
Preparation
Start by grilling the chicken steak with a sheet of Maggi Succulent in the Pan.
Remove, cut into strips and set aside.
Using the spiralizer, cut the cucumber with the skin and the peeled carrot into noodles.
Place the grain in a salad bowl, top with the carrot and cucumber.
Distribute the olives and chicken.
Mix the orange juice with the olive oil and season with salt.
Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve.
