Chicken Nuggets (Easy and Tasty) Recipe
It's really delicious to eat the nuggets with your hands. Even better is knowing that they are easy to prepare. Soft, crunchy and flavorful, these nuggets can also be made with leftover chicken or turkey. Season to taste, the charm of the recipe is its breaded side. A recipe made for everyone.
Ingredients
200 gr of chicken
2 col. wheat flour soup
2 eggs
100 gr breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
salt
pepper
oil for frying
Preparation
Place the chicken breast in the grinder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the chicken.
Recover 1 col. ground chicken and form into a ball.
Dip in wheat flour and then in eggs (already beaten like an omelette). Finish by dusting with breadcrumbs. Make sure the nuggets are well covered.
Afterwards, refrigerate the nuggets for 20 minutes (this is used to set the breadcrumbs).
Fry them in the fryer with very hot oil for 2 minutes.
Easy, easy. Your nuggets are ready and delicious!
