Breaded chicken in the air fryer: easy and ready in 20 minutes recipe

No frying, no mess and ready in no time, in less than 20 minutes you have golden chicken, the kind that makes you want to eat it again. And the best part: it’s lighter, but doesn’t lose any flavor! Ingredients
1 chicken fillet (+- 180 gr)
Spices:
salt
pepper
garlic powder
other seasonings you want
For breading:
1 egg
wheat flour (or starch)
panko (or breadcrumbs / breadcrumbs)
olive oil (for spraying)
Preparation
Season the chicken fillet (whole or cut into pieces) with salt, pepper, garlic powder and other seasonings of your choice.
In a deep dish, beat 1 egg. In the first shallow dish, place the wheat flour. In the second, panko (or breadcrumbs)
For breading:
First, coat the chicken in wheat flour. Then in the beaten egg. Finish with panko (or breadcrumbs). Don't forget to press lightly to make it stick well.
Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
Place the breaded chicken in the basket. Spray with a little oil. If you left the chicken fillet whole, bake it for 10 minutes at 200°C. Turn the side over and let it bake for another 8 minutes or until golden brown. If it was cut into pieces, reduce the time, between 10 and 15 minutes in total.
