Baked salmon with butter and lemon sauce Recipe
I really like fish and salmon is one of my favorites. It has a strong and distinctive flavor, making it easy to create a special dish in a short time and without much effort. The first thing that attracted me to this recipe was how practical and quick it was to prepare, followed by the Sicilian lemon that I love and think goes very well with fish. Because of its practicality, it is an excellent option for a mid-week dinner after a day of work. The butter and lemon sauce is prepared in five minutes and goes really well with the salmon that is baked in fifteen minutes.
Ingredients
300g of salmon fillets
1 tablespoon butter
1 Sicilian lemon: zest and juice
Parsley
Chopped chives (variation: cilantro)
Olive oil
Seasonings (white pepper, salt and ground black pepper at the end)

Season the salmon with salt and white pepper. Place the steaks in an oven-safe Pyrex dish.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce:
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the zest and juice of the Sicilian lemon.
Stir until it boils and turn off the heat.
To serve:
Serve the lemon sauce over the fish.
