Baked Chicken Thighs Recipe
Ingredients
4 Chicken thighs
Seasoning for chicken
5 cloves of minced garlic
2 Bay leaves
1 Chicken broth
White wine
Salt
Preparation
Season the meat a few hours beforehand with the chicken seasoning, garlic, bay leaf, chicken broth cut into small pieces and a little salt.
When placing in the oven, add half a glass of white wine and fill the rest of the glass with water. Let it brown to taste.
Served with mashed potatoes and carrots and a mixed salad.
