 Almond Cake Recipe


Ingredients


100g crushed almonds

1 cup of sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

1/3 teaspoon salt

3 eggs (at room temperature)

50 g of slightly softened butter

2 tablespoons of whiskey

½ cup flour

1 teaspoon yeast

Cinnamon q.s.





Preparation


Preheat the oven to 180º. Line a round pan with greased baking paper.

Mix the almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt well until dry. Add the eggs, liquor and butter. Beat with a mixer for 3 minutes.

Add the sifted flour and yeast. Beat until the flour is well mixed.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake until cooked. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
