Vegetable meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
2 carrots
1 courgette
1 can of tuna
Peppers
Parsley
1 egg
Salt
Pepper
Breadcrumbs
Preparation
Cut the carrots and courgette into julienne strips and place in a small bowl.
Finely chop the peppers and add them to the carrots and courgette.
Add the tuna, chopped parsley and egg. Season with salt and pepper and add breadcrumbs until you can shape them.
Then just make some balls, roll them in the breadcrumbs again and fry them in hot oil.
