 Tuna and oat burgers with cauliflower rice


INGREDIENTS


3 cans of Tuna in Water (or olive oil, or oil)

1 and 1/2 cups of Oats (or breadcrumbs or leftover bread)

q.s. Coriander

1 Red Onion

1 cup of grated Carrot

2 Eggs

q.s. Cauliflower (only florets)

q.s. Salt

q.s. Pepper

a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil





PREPARATION METHOD


In a food processor or blender, place the oats, tuna, red onion, coriander and a dash of olive oil and blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.


Remove and add the grated carrot. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.


In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and the dough with spoons and shape into mini burgers. Let it cook on both sides.


For the cauliflower rice, chop the cauliflower and place it in a microwave-safe container. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of olive oil and microwave for about 2 minutes.


Serve the burgers with the cauliflower rice.
