STUFFED EGGS WITH SHRIMP MAYONNAISE
INGREDIENTS
40 g Shrimp
1 dessert spoon of Celery
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 Egg
PREPARATION METHOD
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
Remove the shell and cut in half lengthwise.
Place the yolk in a small bowl, where you will mix the mayonnaise and chopped celery.
In a frying pan with a dash of olive oil, sauté the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Mix with the mayonnaise, mix well and stuff the eggs. A simple and delicious recipe!
