Stewed chicken


Ingredients


2 skinless chicken legs

1 onion

1 bay leaf

2 tablespoons tomato pulp

1/2 tablespoon paprika paste

1 cup wine

50 g chorizo ​​sausage

1 medium carrot

1 cup peas (I used more!)

salt

pepper

olive oil





Preparation


Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a little olive oil together with the bay leaf.

When the onion is transparent, add the chorizo ​​sausage in pieces and the chicken and let it cook a little to brown the chicken.

Add the peeled and thinly sliced ​​carrot, the paprika paste and the tomato sauce.

Drizzle with the wine and season with salt and pepper. Let it cook until the carrot and chicken are cooked.

If necessary, add warm water little by little to prevent them from burning.

When the carrot and chicken are cooked, add the peas and let it cook a little longer to cook the peas.
