STEW SOUP
INGREDIENTS
180 g Cabbage
50 g Potatoes
50 g Veal
20 g Sausages
1/2 Onion
to taste Garlic
to taste Salt
to taste Olive oil
PREPARATION METHOD
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces, along with the cabbage, veal, sausages and onion.
Place everything in a pan, season with salt and cover with water.
Crush a clove of garlic and add to the pan along with a dash of olive oil.
Leave on low heat for 45 minutes and it is ready to serve and full of traditional Portuguese flavor.
