STEAMED CARROT SALAD WITH GARLIC VINAIGRETTE


INGREDIENTS


to taste Carrot

to taste Sparkling water

1/2 Garlic

1 tablespoon Vinegar

to taste Parsley

to taste Salt





PREPARATION METHOD


Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.


Season with a dash of olive oil and steam them with sparkling mineral water to give them extra flavor. Do not overcook them; test them with a fork until they are firm but cooked through.


Season with olive oil and vinegar.


Chop the garlic and a little parsley and mix them with the carrots.


Leave them in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours to develop flavor.


Serve with thin slices of bread!
