Sausage with potatoes in a pressure cooker
Ingredients
02 tablespoons of oil or olive oil
01 chopped onion
02 cloves of minced garlic
500 g of chopped potatoes
500 g of good quality fresh sausage cut into large pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
02 teaspoons of paprika (I didn't use it)
03 to 04 cups of water (I used 03)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and place in a pressure cooker.
Cook for 15 minutes after it starts to pressure (in mine I did it in 08 minutes, and I let the pressure release on its own).
Release all the pressure, open the cooker and serve.
