Quick ham and bacon pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1 fresh pizza dough base
150g canned peeled tomatoes
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic
100g grated mozzarella cheese
4 thin slices of ham
5 thin slices of lean bacon
10 pitted olives
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Place the peeled tomatoes, the chopped garlic clove, the oregano, a pinch of salt and balsamic vinegar in the food processor.
Crush everything and spread over the pizza dough base. Cover with the mozzarella cheese, add the bacon slices, cover them with the ham slices and spread the black olives.
Add another small layer of mozzarella cheese.
Bake the pizza until the cheese and edges of the dough are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
