Pasta with seafood, a delicious and quick dish to prepare!


Prepare this delicious pasta with seafood in just 15 minutes. Tasty and very easy, this dish will be a hit and we won't even spend that much. If you prefer, serve it with a good glass of white wine. Here is our step-by-step recipe and enjoy!


Ingredients


1 clove of garlic

300 g of seafood (we used frozen)

180 g of cherry tomatoes

180 g of pasta (spaghetti or linguine)

pepper

salt

parsley





Preparation


Crush the garlic clove with the flat side of the knife and brown it in a frying pan with olive oil. Quickly rinse the seafood in water and add it to the frying pan. Cover and cook for a few minutes (until it softens a little).


Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add them to the preparation. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to cook for 10 minutes with the lid on over medium heat.


Halfway through this time, mash the tomatoes with a fork or wooden spoon.


Meanwhile, cook the pasta.


Remove the garlic from the pan and add the cooked and drained pasta. If necessary, add a few spoonfuls of the pasta cooking water.


Mix. Add the chopped parsley and leave to cook over medium heat until it absorbs the flavor and gets a creamy consistency.
