Ingredients


4 eggs

150 g sugar

150 g flour

150 g butter

5.5 g baking powder

1 pinch of salt

15 g vanilla sugar

200 g chocolate





Preparation


Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until stiff.


Add the melted butter, mix and gently add the beaten whites.


Separate the dough in two. Add the vanilla sugar to one part and the melted chocolate to the other.


Grease and flour a rectangular pan. Add a layer of vanilla dough and a layer of chocolate, repeat again to finish the dough.


Bake for 50 minutes at 160°C.
