Lettuce wrap
INGREDIENTS
4 large lettuce leaves
2 tablespoons of cream cheese with herbs to spread
4 slices of low-fat cheese, sliced
2 units of boiled egg
q.s. Grated carrot
200g of shredded chicken, skinless
8 thin slices of cucumber
3 tablespoons of light Greek yogurt or 0% quark cheese
q.s. Aromatic herbs
q.s. Black pepper
1 lemon
4 to 8 sticks
PREPARATION METHOD
In a bowl, prepare the shredded chicken with the grated carrot and yogurt.
Season with black pepper, lemon drops and fresh herbs. Wrap and set aside.
Separately, spread the large lettuce leaves, spread with cream cheese and top with the slice of low-fat cheese.
Spread the chicken mixture over the lettuce leaves, top with 2 slices of cucumber and 1/4 of a sliced boiled egg on each lettuce leaf.
Wrap the lettuce leaf like a wrap and secure with 1-2 toothpicks. And it's ready to go!
