Lasagna in a Pan


INGREDIENTS


q.s. leftover cooked and shredded chicken

200 g of pasta or leftover elbow pasta, fusilli or macaroni

1 dash of olive oil

300 ml of tomato pulp

300 ml of water

1 onion

q.s. oregano

q.s. salt

q.s. grated cheese





PREPARATION


In a frying pan or baking dish, start by adding a dash of olive oil and sauté the chopped onion.


Add the shredded chicken and let it sauté.


Add the tomato pulp, the pasta, cover with water and season with salt and oregano.


Cover with grated cheese and let it cook for a few minutes.


Serve as is or bake for 5 minutes to brown.
