Garlic Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients
1 package of lasagna noodles
3 heads of chopped and fried garlic (can be bought ready-made)
1 liter of milk
6 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 small box of cream
1 cup of cream cheese
6 tablespoons of butter
1 chicken bouillon cube
400 g of mozzarella
salt to taste
Preparation
Prepare the white sauce:
In a pan, place the butter, wheat flour, and chicken bouillon cube and fry. Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly until it thickens. Add the cream and cream cheese, dissolve everything and turn off the heat.
Place the garlic in a food processor and fry in olive oil until golden.
Assemble the lasagna:
Line the pan with sauce, add the noodles, mozzarella, and fried garlic, repeating successively, ending with mozzarella and garlic.
Bake covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes in a medium oven and uncover to brown in the last 10 minutes.
