Flavored butter
Ingredients
125 g softened butter (room temperature)
8 sprigs of parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt
pepper
Preparation
Mix the softened butter until it forms a kind of ointment. Add the salt, pepper, lemon juice and the finely chopped parsley sprigs.
Mix well.
Place the butter in plastic wrap. Roll it up until it forms a stick (cylinder). Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Your butter is ready!!!
