EGG PUDDING


INGREDIENTS


6 Eggs


250 ml Milk


300 g Sugar


1 tablespoon Vanilla essence


1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder





PREPARATION METHOD


In a frying pan, carefully make the caramel with water and sugar.


Beat the eggs with the sugar, add milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon and mix well.


Pour the caramel into a pudding mold and then pour the pudding mixture inside.


Cook the pudding in a bain-marie in the oven for about 90 minutes at 180º degrees.


It is ready to serve!
