 Crepes with banana and peanut butter


INGREDIENTS


3 Eggs


3 heaped tablespoons of Sweet Cassava Flour or Cornstarch


1 tablespoon of Flaxseed Flour or Chia Seeds VivaBem (optional)


1 heaped teaspoon of Yeast


8 tablespoons of Rice Milk


q.b. Ground Cinnamon


Ingredients for serving


q.b. Peanut Butter

q.b. Banana

q.b. Blueberries, Raspberry and Kiwi





PREPARATION


Place all the ingredients for the crepes in a blender (or hand blender) and blend until you get a smooth batter.


In a non-stick frying pan, with a few drops of olive oil or coconut oil, make the crepes.


Inside the crepe, add peanut butter and add the banana. Roll and cut.


Finish with fruit of your choice.
