Chorizo pâté

Ingredients
200 g chorizo
50 ml milk
100 g fresh cheese
Preparation
Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut into slices.
In a pan, add the milk and the pieces of chorizo. Let it heat for 10 minutes.
In a blender, mix the chorizo with the milk and the fresh cheese until smooth.
Then place in a jar with a lid, let it cool/cool down and put it in the fridge.
It's ready.
