Chocolate volcano cake in a mug
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of oat flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Filling:
2 squares of melted chocolate
1 or 2 tablespoons of milk
q.s. vanilla essence and/or cinnamon
PREPARATION METHOD
Place the egg whites, yogurt, flour and baking powder in a mug and stir well.
Melt the chocolate with one or two tablespoons of milk.
Place the melted chocolate in the middle of the mug cake and microwave for about 2.5 minutes.
Turn the cake over to unmold, take a deep breath and prepare for this chocolate explosion!
