Cheese puff pastry Recipe
Ingredients
1 rectangular puff pastry
4 tablespoons of cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
100 g of cheese (Emmental, Comté or others)
salt
pepper
1 egg (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 4 rectangles.
Place about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese in one corner of each rectangle, leaving space at the edge (we will fold this rectangle).
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the cream cheese.
Fold in half and seal the edges with a fork.
This step is optional:
Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg and make grooves.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
