Cantonese rice, simple and quick Recipe
Cantonese rice is made with eggs, peas and smoked bacon, making it a complete, simple and effective dish, without spending hours in the kitchen!
Ingredients
90 g rice
2 eggs
60 g peas
100 g smoked bacon
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
In a pan, cook the rice in salted water for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs to make a simple omelette and cut into small cubes.
Sauté the smoked bacon. When ready, add the peas and the omelette cut into cubes.
Then add the cooked and drained rice and the soy sauce. Mix well and remove from the heat.
Your Cantonese rice is ready.
