Caesar Salad
INGREDIENTS
1 Lettuce
4 Chicken Breasts
q.s. Garlic Powder
q.s. Sweet Paprika
q.s. Olive Oil
q.s. Croutons with olive oil and salt
q.s. Parmesan or Grana Padano Cheese Shavings
Sauce
4 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
juice and zest of 1 Lemon
2 to 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
q.s. Salt (optional)
q.s. Pepper (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD
Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder and sweet paprika. Mark and grill the meat well.
For the sauce, in a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and zest and soy sauce, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
On a tray or plate, arrange the lettuce, croutons, cheese flakes, sliced chicken breast and sauce.
