Breaded hake fillets
Ingredients
Hake medallions
1 small chopped onion
1 chopped garlic clove
Flour
50 g melted butter
Breadcrumbs (fresh)
Pepper
Salt
Oregano
Lemon
Preparation
Spread the hake medallions with salt, pepper and lemon.
Grease a baking tray with butter. In a dish, add the onion, salt, oregano and breadcrumbs and mix everything well.
Dip the hake medallions in flour, melted butter and breadcrumb mixture and place on the tray. Drizzle with the remaining melted butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about half an hour or until ready.
