INGREDIENTS


2 cans of Chickpeas


3 tablespoons of Olive Oil


1 tablespoon of Ground Cumin


1 tablespoon of Paprika


1 tablespoon of Rosemary


To taste Salt and Pepper


1 tablespoon of Lemon Zest





PREPARATION


Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.


Drain the chickpeas well, rinse them with water and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Dry them well with kitchen paper.


Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with cumin, paprika, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Shake the tray well so that the seasonings adhere well to the chickpeas.


Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.


Remove, sprinkle with lemon zest and put in jars.
