Tuna Steaks
Tuna Steaks, in addition to their irresistible flavor, are a great source of protein. Enjoy this dish that comes straight from the sea and don't forget to accompany it with sliced potatoes.
Ingredients
600 g potatoes
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
400 g tuna steaks
5 cloves of garlic
Lemon juice to taste
2 onions cut into half-moon slices
1 ripe beef heart tomato
100 ml white wine
Chopped parsley to taste
Preparation

Start by cutting the potatoes into thin slices, place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, 2 crushed garlic cloves and oregano and mix well. Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 180ºC.

Season the steaks on both sides with 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and onions. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the tomato slices and fry, stirring occasionally.

Add the tuna steaks and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
6.
Add the white wine and chopped parsley and cook for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat.
7.
Serve the tuna steaks with the baked potatoes.
