Stuffed Peppers
This Stuffed Peppers recipe is a fun way to create a Halloween meal. The peppers are stuffed with a ground meat mixture and decorated with scary eyes and mouth. This recipe is not only delicious, but also very quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
2 chopped onions
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 zucchini in small cubes
Olive oil q.s.
400 g ground meat
Salt to taste
Pepper q.s.
2 tbsp oregano
100 g crushed tomato
Peppers (red or green), to taste
Grated cheese, to taste
Preparation

Saute the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan.

Add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Stir well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes for the meat to color.

Add the diced zucchini and crushed tomato and cook for a few minutes.

Meanwhile, cut off the tops of some peppers, remove the seeds and clean the inside of the pepper. Make Halloween-themed cuts on one side of the pepper. Arrange the peppers on a baking sheet.

Stuff the peppers with the ground meat preparation, sprinkle grated cheese on top and close again with the cap of the pepper itself. Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes.

Serve the stuffed peppers while still hot.
