Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
6 portobello mushrooms
Olive oil to taste
100 g ham
80 g spinach
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Basil leaves to taste
Preparation

Wash the mushrooms well, dry carefully so as not to break them apart. Separate the "stems" of the mushrooms from the "caps" and chop the "stems" into small cubes.

Sauté the garlic together with the cubes already cut, 1 dash of olive oil, and add the sliced ham, the spinach leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Place the mushroom “caps” on a baking tray, fill the mushrooms with the mixture and place Parmesan cheese and grated mozzarella cheese on top.

With the oven preheated to 180ºC, bake the mushrooms for a few minutes, until the cheese is completely melted, then remove. Decorate with basil leaves and serve immediately.
