Stuffed bread
INGREDIENTS
1 Bread of about 600/800g or individual balls
1 Mozzarella cheese
1/2 Chopped onion
q.s. Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Cream cheese or quark cheese
q.s. Oregano
q.s. Diced ham, bacon, or leftover chicken
q.s. Grated cheese
q.s. Chopped parsley
q.s. A drizzle of olive oil
PREPARATION METHOD
Start by cutting the top of the bread and remove the crumb (reserve for a açorda, for example).
Place the mozzarella cheese cut into slices on the bottom of the bread, add olive oil and oregano.
In a bowl, place the grated cheese, onion, mayonnaise, cream cheese or quark, parsley, oregano and ham or bacon. Wrap everything up.
Fill the bread and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes at 180/200ºC.
Remove and eat the filling, or cut into slices.
