Roast pork loin with potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil
1 onion (red)
600 g pork loin
1 kg carrots
100 ml white wine
100 ml water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 tbsp ready-made seasoning (optional)
1 kg potatoes
1 tsp rosemary
Garnish:
chives
fresh rosemary
Preparation
Step 1 - Clean and slice the carrots.
Step 2 - Peel and slice the potatoes into 8. Also clean the onion and chop it roughly.
Step 3 - In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil and sauté the onion. When it is transparent, add the loin and let it brown (all sides). Set it aside once it is well browned.
Step 4 - In the same pan, add the carrot, water, wine and seasonings (ready-made seasoning + salt + pepper). Mix and place the browned pork loin on top and the potatoes next to it. Sprinkle with rosemary.
Step 5 - Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
Step 6 - Turn off the heat. Let it cool. Release the pressure and check the cooking. When serving, add chives and fresh rosemary. Enjoy!
