Raspberry and cottage cheese mousse
Ingredients
cow's cottage cheese
1 unit (170 g)
honey
2 tbsp
fresh raspberry
250 g
lemon juice
2 tbsp
cinnamon powder
1 tsp
kiwi
2 units
fresh mint
1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse the cottage cheese under cold water and place it in the blender.
Step 2
Add the honey, 200 g of raspberries, the lemon juice and the cinnamon and blend very well until you get a cream.
Step 3
Distribute into small glasses and decorate with the remaining raspberries, the kiwi slices and mint leaves.
