Raclette cheesecake
Ingredients

1 kg potatoes
1 onion
300 g raclette cheese
150 g ham (raw)
120 g wheat flour
40 g butter
150 ml milk
3 eggs
salt
pepper
Preparation
Step 1 - Peel the potatoes and cut into thin (round) slices. If you have a vegetable-cutting utensil, use it.
Step 2 - Do the same with the onion and add everything to a deep container.
Step 3 - Mix the eggs with the flour and butter, and finally add the milk. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4 - Pour the batter over the potatoes and onion and mix. Grease a springform pan and pour half of the mixture inside.
Step 5 - Make the first layer with half of the cheese, the second layer with all of the ham and the third with the other half of the cheese.
Step 6 - Cover with the remaining potatoes. Use a spatula to smooth the surface.
Step 7 - Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 180ºC.
Step 8 It's ready. Enjoy!
