Pasta salad with peppers, corn and mozzarella cheese
ingredients
200 g of pasta (farfalle)
150 g of cooked corn
1 red pepper (bell pepper)
1 cheese (we used fresh mozzarella)
dried rosemary
olive oil
pepper
Preparation
Step 1 - Roasted peppers:
In the oven it will be: 25 minutes at 230°C.
Just wash, dry and roast the peppers for the time indicated above.
Step 2 - Remove the pepper and while still hot, place it in a freezer bag. Tie it and let it cool for at least 15 minutes. Then remove the skin from the pepper and cut it into strips. Set aside.
Step 3 - Cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Drain it and run it under cold water to stop the cooking.
Step 4 - In the bowl, place the pasta, peppers, diced cheese and corn. Season with pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
Step 5 - Mix and taste. If necessary, add salt or adjust the seasoning to taste.
Step 6 - It's ready. Enjoy your meal.
