 Orange Sorbet


Ingredients


1 l of orange juice

200 ml of cream

300 ml of water

4 c. honey soup





Preparation


1.

• Blend all ingredients in a food processor until obtaining a liquid

homogeneous.


2.

• Pour into a bowl and place in the freezer for about 1 hour.


3.

• Remove from the cold and break the sorbet into pieces using a large knife and a kitchen hammer.


4.

• Grind the sorbet again in the food processor and return it to the container in the freezer.


5.

• Repeat this process two more times and you will be ready to serve with the ideal consistency.
