Orange and pomegranate salad
Ingredients
orange
4 units (600 g)
fresh mint
1 tbsp
pomegranate
1 unit (300 g)
sliced almonds
40 g
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut the oranges into thin slices.
Step 2
Arrange the orange slices on a plate, sprinkle with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
Step 3
Fry the sliced almonds in a non-stick frying pan until golden and spread them over the orange. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
