Mussels à la marinara,
Ingredients
1 kg of mussels
1 onion
1 celery stalk
1 garlic clove
1 bunch of herbs
100 ml white wine
parsley
Preparation
Step 1 - Wash and clean the mussels. Simply use a knife to remove any excess oil that protrudes from the mussels (closed).
Step 2 - In a saucepan, add a little butter and sauté the chopped onion, the chopped celery stalk, the crushed garlic and the bunch of herbs.
Step 3 - When the onions become translucent, pour in the white wine and add the mussels. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes. After this time, the mussels should be open.
Step 4 - Finally, add the chopped parsley and mix. Remove from the heat. Step 5 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
