Mussels au gratin with leeks
Ingredients
leek
1 pc. (200 g)
butter
1 c. of soup
fresh parsley
1 c. of soup
salt
1 c. of tea
pepper
1 q.b.
frozen mussel 1/2 shell
250 g
mayonnaise
10 c. shallow soup
grated cheese
50 g
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190ºC.
Step 2
Cut the leek into thin strips.
Step 3
Melt butter in a frying pan, add the leeks and cook over low heat until softened.
Step 4
Add the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Arrange the leek on top of the frozen mussels, cover with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden.
