Hot Dog with Guacamole
Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
Half a red onion
Juice of half a lime
Coriander q.s.
1 c. salt coffee
Pepper q.s.
2 avocados
Olive oil q.s.
Hot Dog Bun
Turkey sausages
Preparation
1.
On a baking sheet with baking paper, place the sweet potatoes, sliced manually or with the help of a food processor. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for around 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Chop the onion, cilantro and mash the avocados. Combine them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Reserve in the cold.
3.
In a frying pan, grill the sausages until golden brown. Book.
4.
Open the bread, drizzle the inside with a drizzle of olive oil and toast in the same pan.
5.
Arrange the sausage on the bun and top with the guacamole and serve with the sweet potato fries.
