Grilled peaches with hazelnuts


Ingredients


peach

360 g (4 units)

olive oil

1 tbsp

lime (juice and zest)

60 g (1 unit)

toasted hazelnuts

50 g





Preparation


Step 1

Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.

Step 2

Brush a grill pan with olive oil and grill the peaches for about 3 minutes or until caramelized.

Step 3

Place the peaches on a plate, drizzle with the lime juice, sprinkle with the zest and serve with the chopped toasted hazelnuts.
