1 chicken
Olive oil q.s.
Salt to taste
6 cloves of garlic
1 c. cumin powder soup
1 c. chili powder soup
2 rosemary stems
Preparation

Start by drizzling olive oil over a chicken cut in half or cut into pieces and season with salt, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder and rosemary.

Then place on a rack and bake at 220ºC.
