Cheeseburger
An irresistible combination: juicy meat, melted cheese and a soft, slightly sweet brioche bun. The perfect recipe for a homemade burger full of flavor!
Ingredients
1 drizzle of olive oil
2 brioche buns
2 Angus burgers
1 c. salt coffee
Pepper q.s.
Cheddar cheese to taste
1 c. water soup
Mayonnaise q.s.
Salad q.b.
Tomato slices, to taste
Ketchup sauce to taste
Preparation
1.
Toast the brioche buns in a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
2.
Add another drizzle of olive oil to the frying pan and arrange the Angus burgers and let them grill well on both sides.
3.
Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top of each burger. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the pan, cover and let the cheese melt.
4.
Arrange half a brioche bun on a plate, spread mayonnaise to taste, and top with salad, angus burger with melted cheese, tomato slices and finish with ketchup sauce.
