 Cheese omelette


Ingredients


2 eggs

50 g cheese (we used Emmental)

5 g butter

salt

pepper

butter (or olive oil)

Decoration:

Parsley (or chives)





Preparation

Step 1 - !In a bowl or deep plate, crack the two eggs.

Step 2 - Beat them with the help of a fork.

Step 3 - Add the grated cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix.

Step 4 - Melt the butter over medium heat.

Step 5 - Pour the mixture and let it cook for a few minutes, according to taste.

Step 6 - Fold the omelette in half and place it on the serving plate. Sprinkle with parsley or chives. Enjoy!
