Carrot Cream
Carrot cream is one of the favorite soups of children and adults. Here you will find the recipe for a healthy cream, with a creamy and impeccable texture. It will be difficult to resist him. Try it!
Ingredients
400g peeled potatoes, cut into half moons
6 carrots cut into half moons
2 chopped onions
1.5l of chicken broth
2 dl of cream
1 yolk
1 c. chive dessert
Salt to taste
Olive oil q.s.
Preparation

Place the vegetables in a little olive oil in a pan and let them sauté over low heat for approximately 10 minutes. Cut the vegetables into pieces in a pan, add the broth and cook for approximately 20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

Pass the soup through a whisk or magic wand. Finally, when serving, add the cream, lightly beaten with the egg yolk, mix in the cream and decorate with chives and a drizzle of olive oil.
