 Carob and Banana Cake


Ingredients


3 ripe bananas

2 eggs

3 c. melted coconut oil soup

5 c. agave syrup soup

60 g Continente Equilíbrio carob flour

200 g wheat flour

1 c. baking powder tea

Raspberries to decorate

Edible flowers to decorate







Preparation


1.

Start by mashing the banana in a bowl. Add eggs, coconut oil and agave syrup and mix well.


2.

Then add the carob flour, wheat flour and baking powder and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.


3.

Pour into a pan pre-lined with baking paper and bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes.


4.

Once cool, unmold, sprinkle a little carob flour and decorate with raspberries and edible flowers.
