Braised rice with shrimp and egg
Ingredients
Go Bio needle rice
300 g
Go Bio olive oil
1 c. of soup
chopped organic garlic
2 tooth
chopped chilli
1 pc. (10 g)
organic onion
1 pc. (100 g)
shrimp core
250 g
salt
1 c. of tea
soy sauce
3 c. of soup
egg Go Bio M/L
4 pcs.
organic raw tomato
2 pcs. (160 g)
chives
1 q.b.
fresh coriander
2 c. of soup
mill pepper
1 q.b.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the rice following the instructions on the package. Drain well.
Step 2
In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the oil along with the garlic and chopped chili pepper. Let it cook for a few seconds.
Step 3
Add the onion, mix and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Add the shrimp brains, season with salt, mix and let cook for about 2 minutes. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and mix.
Step 5
Lastly, add the rice, the rest of the soy sauce, mix and cook for 2 minutes until the rice caramelizes.
Step 6
Meanwhile, fry the eggs in a non-stick frying pan.
Step 7
Serve the rice and place the eggs and sliced tomato on top. Sprinkle with chopped chives and coriander. Sprinkle to taste with freshly ground pepper.
