Baked Trout Recipe
Ingredients
1 trout (cleaned and scaled)
1 tablespoon thyme
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 (or 3) lemon slices
a few bay leaves
salt
Preparation
Step 1 - In a bowl, mix the thyme with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2 - Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of this mixture inside the trout (which is already in an oven-safe dish).
Step 3 - Also place the lemon slices inside the fish. Add the bay leaves.
Step 4 - Pour the remaining olive oil over the trout.
Step 5 - Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
